Shipping & Returns

Straight Sideways Customs ships products within Canada and locations across the United States. Our Free and Flat Rate shipping only covers Canada and select parts within the United States. Whenever possible we will ship products within the United States from our US warehouses to save on duties however some items being shipped from Canada into the United States may incur shipping charges and duties that will need to be paid by the customer. For International customers please contact us directly for shipping quotes. Due to EPA regulations in the United States, we cannot ship anything related to emissions deletes across the border. This means any Exhaust Systems, EGR Deletes, Delete Pipes, Delete Tuning, etc. Any orders placed for these products coming from outside of Canada we will contact you immediately! 

  

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We primarily ship through Purolator and Loomis to ensure the fastest possible shipping. Even with free shipping we never use snail pace shipping methods to save cost. Most Canadian customers will see their parts within 2-3 business days and 3-4 business days for US customers. For US based customers if your parts are shipping from Canada, US Customs delays may delay this process by a few days. Our goal is to get your order out as fast as possible, if there are stock shortages or delays we will contact you as soon as possible. Tracking numbers will be includes once every order has been fulfilled. 

 

REMOTE LOCATIONS: 

Flat Rate and Free Shipping may not apply if you are ordering from a remote location (Yukon, Nunavut, North West Territories, Other). If we determine you are in a remote location, we will contact you directly with an accurate shipping estimate with the best rates possible using our discounts prior to order fulfillment. 

 

 PROCESSING TIME

All in-stock products will ship within 24-72 hours of the order Monday-Friday 9am-7pm Pacific Standard Time. Many times you will see the product within a few days of the order being placed, however, we cannot guarantee this with every order. If your items are not in stock we will contact you immediately and inform you of the estimated wait times. We always do our best to make sure you get your parts as soon as possible.

 

RETURNS

We accept returns on all uninstalled/unopened products for 30 days after delivery. Shipping Costs and a 10% Restocking will apply on returns, please contact us before shipping anything back to us. 

Note: We CANNOT accept returns on any CUSTOM TUNING FILES or TUNERS that have been opened as they become locked to the vehicle and become unusable.

 

WARRANTY

All Items - unless otherwise stated - will carry their full manufacturer's warranty. This warranty is claimed and processed by the manufacturer of the product. If you are having trouble with a manufacturer warranty claim, feel free to contact us and we would be happy to help guide you!
